Mine is the the tempura with Salmon set. I had salad instead of rice.

With the rice, will be too full for me....Miso soup best....

My 2nd and 3rd Yusheng session over the weekends

Last saturday was the 10th day of CNY.

We had a mass Lo Hei session with about 150 counterparts at our premises.

We had abalone and xi dao yu palate. Four portion in all.

Of course, i eat all four lor. Very yummy s fresh veg and carrots are added. We use fresh ones not those frozen. They are favoured with zits of lime.

The whole session starts between 10.40 am to 10.45am ......good and best timing.

We had buffet after that. I had yusheng instead of the buffet spread. Not forgeting the lion dance session.

Yes, a fruitful and smooth sailing 2008 ahead.

We had Thai food for dinner.

We are into fish but not meat. We had Tom Yum Soup, Fried Tongfen, Hotplate Toufu and Veg with mushroom. Maybe we can have a gathering there too. Economic and tasty too.

Last sunday was cool and cloudy wet day.

Went over to Aunt Irene's place with my ah ji, Lee Chin, to bake a fruit cake. The cake so fine

and soft and melted in the mouth. So awesome..........yummy too.

oh yes, next week wednesday 12/9/07 I am attending a free health talk on Children's health.

Lately saw alot of our parents and my own group of friends have problems coping with what to let their younger ones to eat healthier to boost up their immunity so as to save on the medical fees.

Now, the opportunity is here. I have lobang. Those who are interested can register with me and I place reservation. Those who are working have to take half day leave and the rest can be arranged.

It's free. But seats are limited.

The Nutritionist seldom conduct health talk in the afternoon other than nutrition courses during weekends.

Quiet environment and peaceful too. I often do planning and have meeting with my partners there too.

A good place to chill out without alcohol with books to browse and read.

I choose the fish miniature. Thanks Ah ji, so sweet of you. Jia You. Thanks for being there, to share my happiness and sadness too. We knew each other for 7 years. Not easy though, we actually got to knew each other through a friend. But we ended up best of pals. Sometimes every sms u send to me, help me and encourage me alot although we don't meet each other often but we always contact each other via sms. Believe me, while updating my blogt. My tears are actually rolling down :O Lately I was rather happy and enjoyed life while helping people around us. Stress at the same time as I demand alot of myself to project myself well , I am always happy go lucky. Glad to make alot of friends. Friends forever. Thanks LC Ah ji and Melissa, I learnt alot while talking to each of you. Let's stay healthy and happy too. Cheong ah.

I gave each of them a Dark chocolate (72%) mini bar which i bought from CIAS earlier while sending my parents and Sis off to HK. At the same time, to fetch my activity partners whom came back from US. So coincidence. But was rather rush for me, i rush all the way from Serangoon to Airport (1 hours plus bus ride). On the way, i munched on my Wholemeal bread spread with Bee Honey. So yummy. Slurpee....

We had this Ice Kachang. In actual fact, I had this with my girl friend, Percelia last thursday after their home-cooked dinner. They always cook for me whenever I visit them.

I had this yesterday after our simple lunch at Northpoint.

A big serving with lots of red bean and atap seed.

The ice is so fine, selling point. Ever since I had this before, I boycott other dessert stall liow.

I had Unaki handroll, some cucumber maki not forgetting my favourite, Salmon Karma with green tea.

I'll enjoy myself although we are at the counter seats. The restaurant was so pack.

We ordered a seafood paper steamboat. I am a soup person.

But was not as good, the cabbage all black already. We ever had a few times at Killiney Road area, OA restaurant before. But was no longer there. The chicken Katsu with curry sauce was best too. So sad. Competitive business ........

My favourite Lunch - Brown Rice Set

After my appointment, I went for my favourite Brown rice set Lunch at Stanley Street.

So yummy, all veggie and no fried items. I always stick to a healthier choice.

For lunch, we must have it full.

For dinner, eat like a pauper.

Everything in moderation is good.

Well, that day i had 2 bowls of soup. Veg soup and Laksa soup. No coconut lah. So nice. I always finish up the soup before the main dish. Their veg sushi roll nice too.

I always go there whenever i have time or I am around that area.

In the end, did not finish up the rice, the veggie is so fresh. Salads so fresh. The salad is yogurt based not thousand island. Thumbs up.

Just taught a student this morning.
My student broke into tears after 75mins. She is in Primary one. Stress lah, I know. So we switched to do something she enjoyed for the last 15mins. Well, we did some colouring and reading passage.

Well, stress is everywhere. Management of stress can be in the form of enjoyment.
Slurping my favourite Andersen Ice-cream, exercising, take a deep breath, cross-stitching, snack on Potato chips, window shopping and not forgeting to tune in to Love Fm.

Enzyme 酵素

After my morning exercise, I decided to make some too. I have made 2 bottles.
Enjoy the process of making. A big thank you to Aunt Irene.

I had some pollen before exercising and that can burnt our old fats and increase our metabolic rate. Pollen is known as "complete food" for our cells. I had an anti-oxidant drink which i take after exercise. Free radical is everywhere more so after exercising as our body goes through many process.

I am more a veggie and fish person, like Organic food and brown rice. Like to meet friends who are into health and sports too.

Saw Aunt Irene's Enzyme drink, so yummy, fruitty and thirst quenching too.

At least i try out, if not i never know who it taste like.

Making Vinegar Burdock

Made before a long time ago.
Pass by the supermarket earlier so decided to grab one and a bot of Black Vinegar too.
My mum has to wash, skin, cut into long strips or bite size unit.
She asked me how to make it after she tuned over Love FM.

Nice wor, sour and sweet too as honey is added.
