After my morning exercise, I decided to make some too. I have made 2 bottles.
Enjoy the process of making. A big thank you to Aunt Irene.
I had some pollen before exercising and that can burnt our old fats and increase our metabolic rate. Pollen is known as "complete food" for our cells. I had an anti-oxidant drink which i take after exercise. Free radical is everywhere more so after exercising as our body goes through many process.
I am more a veggie and fish person, like Organic food and brown rice. Like to meet friends who are into health and sports too.
Saw Aunt Irene's Enzyme drink, so yummy, fruitty and thirst quenching too.
At least i try out, if not i never know who it taste like.

我们餐厅有一摊卖素食的,天天都有糙米饭可吃,不过,我发觉好多人都吃不惯,其实,素食如果吃不得法,也会影响健康的,那些油炸的面筋我是尽量不去碰的。
