Last saturday was the 10th day of CNY.
We had a mass Lo Hei session with about 150 counterparts at our premises.
We had abalone and xi dao yu palate. Four portion in all.
Of course, i eat all four lor. Very yummy s fresh veg and carrots are added. We use fresh ones not those frozen. They are favoured with zits of lime.
The whole session starts between 10.40 am to 10.45am ......good and best timing.
We had buffet after that. I had yusheng instead of the buffet spread. Not forgeting the lion dance session.
Yes, a fruitful and smooth sailing 2008 ahead.
